Today's fingerboard video to introduce is

Funeral Collective's 'FULL COURT'

 

 

Funeral Collective.

It's a brand I've been particularly fond of lately.

 

First off, their videos really match my taste.

 

From their Instagram, YouTube, deck graphics,

to the styles of their affiliated fingerboarders, and more.

 

It's a brand filled with things I love.

 

I wanted to introduce the IFV series earlier,

but since all the videos were equally to my liking, it was really hard to choose.

 

After much consideration,

I'd like to introduce 'FULL COURT,' the video I like the most.

 

It's currently the first video among Funeral Collective's YouTube videos.

 

As the title suggests, there are scenes of basketball and culture throughout,

with fingerboarding scenes set on a table with a basketball court drawn on it.

 

Placing a basketball on the fingerboard and scoring on the miniature basketball hoop is a highlight.

Various small and cute props catch the eye as well.

 

Being a former high school basketball team captain and a big basketball fan myself,

I found these elements in the video really enjoyable.

 

The fingerboarding skills of each team member are impressive,

and the synergy between music, editing, and the boarders' styles is excellent.

 

It's quite a long video, around 24 minutes.

It's rare to see a fingerboard video as long as this, resembling full-length skateboard videos,

where each team member's part is compiled.

 

But the display by Funeral Collective is so enjoyable, it makes me want to support them even more.

 

Even if it feels long, I hope you watch it until the end.
