[English] Yee Concrete Egypt Wall/Quarter

by LAZYPIPE 2024. 4. 30.

YEE CONCRETE's Wall/Quarter Review.

I like pipes.

So, I prefer transition boarding over street.

That's why this magazine is also named Pipe Magazine.

So, when I heard that a new quarter was coming out from YEE CONCRETE,

I was really excited.

Thanks to a small connection with the CEO of YEE CONCRETE,

I was able to get it before its release.

One side is made for quarter, and the other side is made for wallride.

The wallride side features cute hieroglyphs from YEE CONCRETE.

And each side has grooved and protruding surfaces, as shown in the picture.

You can use it to create a wider quarter by fitting it together, just like the left picture.

You can connect as many as 2, 3, or 4 of them together as you wish.

It's also fun to use them slightly diagonally apart.

The size is approximately this.

The height is on the lower side.

Review

Although it was a bit higher for some tricks,

other tricks could be handled adequately.

The entry point of the quarter is very smooth.

It goes up and down smoothly without any catching.

And the disadvantage of all quarter pieces:

For quarters with some height,

when going up on the coping,

the quarter tends to tip backward.

So, it was necessary to tape or use blue tack adhesive to fix it at the entry point.

This is an issue that many equipment companies like Blackriver and Ark have to deal with,

but this Wall/Quarter has a structure that prevents tipping over.

It's structured to allow wallriding on the back of the quarter,

and it doesn't tip over even when going over the coping.

Sometimes, when doing tricks that require a bit of force, the entry point may shake a little.

But it wasn't a problem to the extent of tipping over or being annoying during fingerboarding.

However, since it's made of concrete and can break,

I always use blue tack adhesive

when using the quarter.

As I conclude the review,

Of all the quarters I've used,

including homemade cardboard quarters and Bullsramp quarters,

and the Wall/Quarter,

Although I haven't tried many companies' quarters,

At a reasonable price of around 40,000 won,

there is a considerable quality concrete quarter available domestically,

and it's also gaining recognition overseas,

as a high-performance fingerboarding equipment brand.

It's Yee Concrete,

and if you need a quarter,

there's no reason not to buy it.

Ending the article with a video made using the quarter.

It's currently available for purchase on YEE CONCRETE's Smart Store, yeefb store.
