[English] PhifeLine x Bojvck 'Bojvck N Platter Deck' Review

Korean fingerboard brand Phifeline, 

known for showcasing amazing products like decks, wheels, and obstacles, 

 

has teamed up with up-and-coming Korean DJ, performer, and producer Bojvck 

to celebrate the release of Bojvck's new single, "My Turntable is Concrete."

Together, they launched the "Bojvck N Platter Deck" 

 

which was exclusively available at the Kompakt Record Bar Ver 3 in Seongsu-dong for 35,000 KRW.

As you can see, they crafted a concrete bowl inspired by the Technics SL-1200 turntable.  

Kudos to Bojvck and Phifeline for creating such an amazing piece of music and video!  

Now, let's take a closer look at the deck.

 

 

Here are the deck's packaging, top, and bottom

The graphic features Bojvck and a turntable platter illustrated in Phifeline's signature style.

 The top side is labeled with "Phifeline x Bojvck."

The deck has a cruiser shape, with a size of 33.5mm.

 

 

As seen in the GIF above, the deck has a shiny, glossy coating that really stands out. 

The gloss highlights the high quality of the deck.

 

 

Comparing the deck's shape and line to the Berlinwood Low Shape, 

 

the kicks are relatively high, while the concave is moderate—not too low and not too high. 

Overall, it is a well-made deck.

Review

If you like the G-Series from Flatface,

this deck will likely feel good in your hands. 

 

The cruiser shape definitely shines for transition tricks,

providing a great performance in those scenarios.

The included riptape also offers excellent grip,

enhancing the overall fingerboarding experience. 

 

With impressive graphics and a high-quality glossy finish, 

this deck is truly a treat for the eyes.

While the owner of Phifeline is involved in many other projects, 

which means there aren't many of these decks available, 

 

it's definitely worth trying if you get the chance.

It's great to see a fingerboard brand like this coming out of Korea, 

contributing to the global fingerboarding community.
